Lead capture
Know who downloaded your brochure.
Mark a document “Require email” and its link asks for an email before the file downloads. The link stays the same, there is no code to add, and it works with links already on your Webflow site.
Built for Webflow agencies and marketing teams who publish brochures, price lists, spec sheets and reports, and want to know who took them.
How it works
Three steps. Same link.
-
Upload the file
Upload your brochure, price list or white paper with DocBeam in the Webflow Designer, or use a file you already host with us.
-
Turn on “Require email”
Switch it on for that one document. The link does not change, so buttons and links already on your site keep working. No code, no form embed.
-
See who downloaded it
Visitors leave an email (and, if they like, a name and company), then the file downloads. You see each lead against the document, export a CSV, and get a daily summary email.
What to expect
The link stays the same
Gating happens at the file’s existing DocBeam address. Nothing to re-link, and nothing on your Webflow pages needs to change.
Consent is never assumed
The consent box names your site and is never pre-ticked. The visitor ticks it, or the file does not download.
Asked once, not every time
A visitor who comes back to the same file, in the same browser, is not asked again for 30 days.
Going over never loses a lead
Each paid plan includes a monthly allowance. Go over it and every lead is still captured. You just see an upgrade prompt.
You collect these details, so you are responsible for them: have a lawful basis, a privacy notice on your site, and do not use a gate for sensitive information. See our Terms and how we handle visitor data in our Privacy Policy.
Pricing
Included with every paid plan
Allowances are per site, per month (Unlimited Sites covers every site on your account). They are allowances, not caps: a lead over the allowance is still captured.
